Payment

In the web shop you can as Swedish customer pay by credit card, Nordea and Swedbank direct payment or by invoice.

Customers in the Nordic countries can pay by credit card or invoice.

Customers outside the Nordic countries can pay by credit card or proforma.

All prices are excluding tax.

Complaints must be made within 8 days after you receive the order.

Card payments

We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. When you pay with credit card the payment is handled by our partner DIBS to guarantee a fast and safe payment.

Invoice

Our invoices are handled and sent out by Klarna. Send your payment to the account number given on the invoice. It is important for us to receive any complaints within 8 days, then we will send you a new invoice by e-mail with the reduction.

For customers outside the Nordic countries we always require payment in advance. Payment in advance will also be used if you have not respected the credit before or if your credit rating is too low. We will send you the invoice and the products will be sent as soon as we receive the money.

Nordea And Swedbank direct payment

If you choose Nordea and Swedbank direct payment, you will be passed on to the bank's login page where you log in as usual. ALl information such as store and amounts follow the whole way through the purchase. Once you accept your purchase it's important to return to kitschsweden.com by clicking on the appropriate link while your on the bank's site.

Freight and delivery time

Normally, we send out the order the day after you have placed it. If you pay in advance we normally send it out the day after we receive the money. The freight time is no more than 2 days within Sweden and 4 days to other European countries. Around fairs and other extra busy times of the year you will have to count on longer delivery time.

Shipping costs in within Sweden:

< SEK 10 000 = 100 SEK

> SEK 10 000 = no freight cost

The freight cost is always 290 SEK for outside Sweden. No minimum order.

For orders from countries outside the EU, a customs fee of 150 SEK will be added.

We have no minimum order limit.
